It's no secret that many bodybuilders are simply obsessed with advertising nutritional supplements. They simply forget that training and natural healthy nutrition are the basis of muscle growth. Without knowing this, bodybuilders, instead of determining the real reason for the lack of results and correcting mistakes in their approach to training or nutrition, flip through the pages of the Internet and magazines, and visit various stores in search of supplements.
All kinds of proteins, gainers, amino acids, Mega Mass complexes, as well as anabolic steroids, dietary supplements and vitamins for athletes can now be bought anywhere:
- in pharmacies and pharmaceutical organizations,
- in specialized sports nutrition stores,
- in sports hypermarkets,
- in numerous online stores,
- in the end, from under the counter from the hands of would-be trainers in fitness clubs and gyms.
Advertising for this type of product is so widespread that new bodybuilders fall for it. Supplement manufacturers force us to believe that their consumption in unlimited quantities is harmless and guarantees muscle growth.
We won't argue that some supplements can actually be beneficial and nutritious. There is no doubt about it. However, no one doubts that none of them can compete with natural and organic food.
In addition, due to the numerous number of different additives, finding a truly working one is backbreaking work. What hasn't hit the market in recent years:
- diosgenin,
- inosine,
- beta sito sterol,
- smilax officialis,
- gamma oryzanol,
- octacosanol,
- dimethylglycine,
- yohimbe extract,
- cicorphenyl,
- dibenzocide,
- START,
- cytochrome C,
- and much more.
Manufacturers, pursuing profit, simply change the name and label, but essentially the result remains unchanged.
Never overestimate the importance of a nutritional supplement. The word itself speaks for itself - it is just a small part of something. We hope that over time, the fashion for artificial additives will pass, giving way to healthy eating.
