The Element of Water (Part 2)

12. Concentrate your attention on the kidneys and say the healing sound “whose-uh-hey” at least three times.

13. Imagine yourself standing in a bright blue or black environment. As you inhale, this color enters the body not only through the nose, but also through the facial hair, pupils of the eyes, ears, ear hair and little fingers. The color penetrates your body.

The Element of Water (Part 2)

The kidneys fill with blue or black color, the flow of which flows into the bladder. As you exhale, imagine the dirty blue or gray energy associated with negative feelings of fear leaving your body. Imagine how with each exhalation your fears leave your body. And every breath fills it with a bright, iridescent blue or black radiance, which is hindered by dirty blue or gray color. With practice, negative emotions weaken, and bright blue or black tones appear in all their splendor.

The Element of Water (Part 2)

14. Mentally accumulate the blue/black energy of the kidneys and all excess energies of the body in the “gathering point” located behind the genitals. Watch this sphere fill with bright blue or brilliant black as you inhale and exhale. Exercise for 1-2 minutes.

15. As you exhale, notice how a bright blue or black color flows from the “gathering point” and ears, spreading in all directions and surrounding the body with an aura of color. Simultaneously, imagine this color emanating from your little fingers, pupils, facial hair and connecting with the currents coming out of your ears, creating a bright blue or black aura around your body. Try to ensure that this glow covers your arms, legs, back, head, fingers and toes, etc. If you exercise in clothes, the color flow will penetrate through it.

To complete the exercise, accumulate energy in the navel area.
