Brown rice and beans will help prevent intestinal polyps

Do you suffer from intestinal diseases? Listen to the advice of Californian scientists who claim that eating brown rice, legumes, green vegetables and dried fruits will save you from polyps. It is these above-mentioned products, due to the presence of essential vitamins and fiber in them, that protect tissues from growth.

The study by Californian specialists lasted for 25 years. During this time, 3 thousand people were interviewed and examined, who had different tastes, habits and led a varied way of life. They were subjected to all sorts of dietary experiments by scientists, who, in turn, found the following: eating brown rice three times a week reduces the likelihood of polyps by 40%, eating green vegetables daily - by 25%, and adding dried fruits to the diet three times a week - by 25%.
