Systematic implementation of the so-called exercises visual gymnastics in combination with exercise therapy and self-massage, it helps to relax and loosen the muscles of the eye and all tissues surrounding the eye; the muscles that control the eyes are trained; blood circulation in this area is activated; the relationship between the nerves of the eye and the main node of the central nervous system improves.
