Making breasts beautiful: a set of exercises

Men always pay attention to a woman's breasts. And women themselves sometimes look enviously at each other’s breasts. And every lady dreams of being attractive, beautiful, tall and elastic. Therefore, paying attention to the décolleté area is never superfluous. Don't be lazy and don't ignore chest exercises, they will only benefit you. Don't fool yourself into thinking that breast fitness will help you increase breast size, but exercise is guaranteed to give your breasts a beautiful shape.

So, what do professional trainers advise you to do?

  1. Walk with a book on your head, standing on your toes, heels, outer and inner arches of your feet, raising your knees high and making movements with your arms (2 minutes).

  2. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and rotate your shoulders back and forth (10 times in each direction).

  3. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and rotate with straight arms (10 times in each direction).

  4. Stand or sit with your palms together in front of your chest and press hard (20-30 times).

  5. Stand or sit with your palms together above your head (20-30 times).

  6. Stand or sit with your fingers clasped at chest level and your arms extended in different directions (20-30 times).

  7. Stand or sit with your fingers clasped above your head (20-30 times).

  8. Stand at a distance of 40-60 centimeters from the wall, leaning your hands so that your wrists are directly under your shoulders, and doing push-ups (10-20 times).

  9. Similar to the previous exercise, only doing push-ups from a chair or table (10-20 times).

  10. Similar to the previous one, only doing push-ups from the floor, standing on your toes or on your knees (10-20 times).

  11. Lie on the floor, holding dumbbells or bottles of water (no more than 2 kilograms in weight), raising your arms slightly bent at the elbows in front of you, spreading your arms to the sides and joining them (10-20 times).

  12. Similar to the previous exercise, only making circular movements with your hands (10-20 times).

  13. Stand on all fours, straightening your right leg and holding a water bottle in your right hand. You need to raise and lower your right arm (10-20 times with each hand).

  14. Sit on a chair with your elbows bent in front of you, books placed on your elbows, moving your arms in a horizontal plane (10-20 times).

  15. Similar to the previous one, only straightening your arms and placing books on your hands (10-20 times).

  16. Stand while doing “scissors” with your hands in the horizontal and vertical planes (10-20 times in each plane).

  17. Place your feet shoulder-width apart, clasping your fingers at the back of your head. You need to pull your elbows towards each other (10-20 times).

  18. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and, as you inhale, raise your arms up through your sides, and as you exhale, lower your arms down through your sides (10-20 times).

Perform these exercises for beautiful breasts at least 3 times a week. And best of all, of course, every day. If possible, do swimming, tennis and airboxing at the same time.
