Maybe you should buy boxing gloves?

As you know, any training should begin with a warm-up and warm-up. And it doesn’t matter if it’s training in bodybuilding, fitness, powerlifting or any other sport that requires physical activity. Often this is 10-15 minutes of all kinds of exercises, ala morning exercises for all muscle groups of the body, plus high-quality stretching of the ligaments, again, of all these groups...

Also, many athletes prefer a small piece of aerobic training as a warm-up. This could be running outdoors, or jogging on a treadmill. Or 15 minutes on a bicycle ergometer, elliptical trainer or any other cardio machine. Representatives of the fair sex can twirl a hoop or jump on a skipping rope. Speaking of skipping rope, this is how you usually start your training. boxers, and it is about boxing that I would like to talk about in this article...

I don’t know how you warm up, but personally, I prefer to give the bag a good workout before active work on the machines. And what? Think for yourself: buying boxing gloves is not a problem these days. We also have a pear in our fitness center. As they say, God himself commanded.

But what benefits do we get from this? Here are the ones:

  1. 15 minutes on a punching bag, I can tell you, will be more serious than any jogging, or any other work you do on a cardio machine. So, high-quality warming up and training of the heart and “breathing” are 100% guaranteed. This is the first thing.
  2. And the second thing is this: yes, we all strive to create a beautiful, stunning body. So that girls would look at us and say: “Ah! What a man!” But I am 100% convinced that a man is not the one who looks beautiful while flexing his muscles, but the one who, if necessary, can “break in” to any bully, protect his girlfriend, and help the weak in trouble. This is who a real man is! Therefore, adding 15-minute boxing to each workout, I feel that I am becoming more courageous and stronger. Moreover, my strength lies not only in the kilograms that I can squeeze or pull from my chest, but the strength with which I can “punch”! And this, in turn, is also a great motivator!
