Sports nutrition is, of course, Cool! And nowadays not a single self-respecting bodybuilder, including me, can do without it... In general, if you don’t use sports nutrition, you won’t see any prizes for anything, ever, like your ears! That’s why sports nutrition definitely counts for us! But…

If you pose the question this way: “What is better than sports nutrition or a classic dinner table diet?” - then I’m still at the dinner table! Unexpectedly right?





It’s just that no sports nutrition will give you the variety of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins that regular nutrition can give you. This is the first moment! And secondly, I’m still for natural things. Whatever you say, all this sports nutrition is artificial food, chemically synthesized. Therefore, for all its benefits, it can also cause harm! Precisely due to its unnaturalness. And a natural dining table is what Mother Nature gave us, and of course, natural is always better than synthesized!
