Upper block + Lower block = Universal block machine

This type of simulator is the embodiment of bodybuilding classics. It combines actually two simulators – this is an upper block and a lower block, and is designed to pump the broadest muscle groups of the back and arm muscles. Component "top block" builds the back in width, and accordingly "bottom block" increases their thickness - a complex all-round effect is obtained.

A universal block machine (or its separate independent upper and lower components) is considered one of the main tools of the gym, without which there is simply no way. If your fitness room doesn’t have this machine, then, to put it mildly, you have nothing to do there.

Design of a universal block machine:

Consists of a frame with weights (1), blocks with a diameter of at least 150 millimeters, a set of replaceable handles (2), a seat (3) with height-adjustable knee pads.

The athlete can perform exercises both from a sitting and standing position. The following exercises can be performed on this machine:

  1. sitting, two-handed pull behind the head (to the chest);
  2. standing arm extension with a straight handle grip from below or from above;
  3. standing straight arm pull of a rope handle;
  4. sitting two-handed row with a narrow reverse or direct grip to the chest.
