Yoga for every day: Saturday

Saturday is a day of rest and opportunity to do your favorite things. Why not start your morning with a simple exercise that will help you wake up and spend the day in a good mood? This exercise will help relieve fatigue in the lower back and neck-collar area, improve the digestive process and calm the nervous system.

  1. Start by lying on your back with your head lightly propped up on a pillow. Bend your left leg at the knee and turn onto your right side. For greater comfort, you can place a pillow or a towel cushion under your knee. The upper part of the body should still be close to the floor, and the lower part should be slightly turned to the side.

  2. Place your hands above your head, close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out. Stay in this position for 3-5 minutes, then change legs.

This exercise is easy to do and can be done at any time of the day when you need to relax and calm down. Remember that yoga is not only physical exercise, but also a path to harmony and balance in life. Enjoy your day off and remember to take care of your body and soul.
