Breathing of the spinal (bone) marrow (Part 2)

You already have an idea of “spinal (bone) marrow breathing, and every day it will become easier and easier for you to practice.” In Part 1, you learned to “breathe” with your index fingertips. Sometimes you will feel a slight tingling sensation in your fingers, and sometimes you will experience a sharp pain sensation, like an insect bite. This is a good sign indicating the opening of a blocked energy channel. Similar sensations may occur in other places. Do not worry, for nature itself is witnessing your progress.

This week you will learn to “breathe” with the rest of your fingers and bones. Taoist yoga pays close attention to the hands, especially in the practice of healing and massage. Hands are an excellent tool for absorbing and transmitting energy. I have already said that “spinal cord breathing” affects the bone marrow. It equally affects the bones themselves and the intercellular material, which is the main “storage” of calcium in the body.
Bones have unusual qualities that are also shared by other substances, such as rock crystals. The electrical potential of the body largely determines the metabolic process. Bones carry electrical charge. With an increase in internal pressure, the amount of electricity in the bones increases in direct proportion. This rare property of very few substances is called piezoelectricity.

“Spinal (bone) marrow breathing” produces a piezaelectric effect on the bone. This exercise increases internal pressure in and around the bones. In turn, excess pressure increases the power of the electrical charge and the overall electrification of the body. Taoists call this phenomenon "electric charge of qi." And qi, as you know, is our life force.

Thus, Western medicine has a vast field for research. In addition to strengthening bone tissue and increasing the number of red blood cells, this practice can be used to treat anemia and disorders of the circulatory system, as well as in the fight against cancer. When treating cancer, patients undergo chemotherapy, which has a detrimental effect on the bone marrow, destroying its cells and preventing their reproduction.

In other words, this specific practice can be made available to everyone who needs it.
After “breathing” with your index finger, let’s try to do the same with the middle finger. When working with your fingers, you must follow a strict sequence. So, after the middle finger, you should move on to working with the thumb. After the index, middle and thumb have “breathed”, you can feel the electrical discharge. At the same time, a feeling of warmth arises in the bones.

Next, the ring finger “breathes” and, finally, the little finger. At the end of the “breathing” of all fingers of the hand, the energy flows into the wrist. If you succeed in basic exercises (breathing of fingers and hands), then in the following lessons you will be able to master breathing of the entire skeletal system.

“Spinal (bone) marrow breathing” is an unsurpassed practice of Taoist healing. It works best when you are in a calm state, which is a prerequisite for the successful penetration of energy into the bones. Silent breathing determines “inner silence” and promotes the movement of qi.

Breathing of the spinal (bone) marrow (Part 2)

3. Inhale like “reverse breathing”, slightly pull the genitals and anus (perineal force) upward.
4. At the same time, feel the energy at the tip of your left index finger. “Pull in” the energy flow until it reaches the joint.
5. Exhale, relax the genitals and anus. Feel the energy coming out of the tip of your index finger.
