Yoga for every day: Thursday

On Thursday you realize that most of the work week has passed, so you need to relieve fatigue, organize your thoughts in your head and calmly think about all the things that have yet to be completed.

  1. Lie on your back with your feet together. Place pillows or towel bolsters under your knees, straighten your back and shoulders, and close your eyes.

  2. Place your palms on your stomach or spread your arms out to the sides and relax. Take a deep breath and exhale while your stomach should smoothly rise and fall.

What does this give?

The exercise “stretches” the groin muscles well, relieves back fatigue and stimulates the root chakra, which is located between the ovaries and is responsible for each woman’s individual energy, confidence and stability.
