Apoferment

Apofermen are enzymes with an open structure, that is, they do not contain zinc, calcium and magnesium.

Apoenzymes are immature (or non-activated) enzymes that are formed as a result of cell autolysis (lysis), as well as during translation. Apoenzymes freely pass the substrate through the monomers of the molecule through a large gap, while the enzyme of this gap prevents penetration into the substrate, the interaction occurs through a stereospecific bond
