Massage also helps keep your breasts in good shape. It is important to use warm water and not too much pressure. Use a stream of water to make 10 circular movements on each side of your chest. Salt baths are also useful. Dissolve sea salt in warm water and take such a bath no more than once a week, no more than 15-20 minutes.

  4. Breast massage. Massage your breasts every day to improve blood circulation and increase breast volume. Massage your breasts with oil and make circular movements from the edges of your breasts to the center.
