Labyrinth of benches

The labyrinth includes nine benches, three of which are located at an angle of 90° to the others. The benches are made of wooden boards with an approximate length of 3 ~ 4 m, as well as a width: 2.0 - 2.5 dm and a thickness: 4 - 5 cm. The above boards are attached to two wooden posts (20 cm in diameter), dug into the soil to a depth of ~ 70 cm. The height of the ground part of the columns is 20-25 cm. The benches are located approximately 1 m from each other.

Labyrinth used for jumping (straight, sideways, on one leg, on both at the same time, etc.) in various directions. Improves jumping ability, jumping endurance, agility, and coordination of movements.

Using the apparatus, you can perform strength exercises while sitting, as well as lying on your back, or on your stomach with fixed legs - extension and flexion of the torso, etc.

Labyrinth of pipes

Gas pipes with a cross section of 50 mm are used as material for the manufacture of the projectile. All connections are made by welding. The dimensions of individual sections of the labyrinth and their relative positions are arbitrary and depend on the topography of the site and the source materials (for example, the length of the pipes). The height of the pipes is about 1 m. The distance between them is no more than 55 cm. The vertical posts of the labyrinth are dug into the ground to a level of at least 0.5 m and concreted (Fig. 1). The finished projectile is painted with oil paint.

It is advisable that the distances between individual sections the labyrinths were different. This arrangement will allow you to more effectively develop coordination of movements, skills and the ability to navigate in a dynamically changing environment.

Climbing wall

To make a projectile, you need three wooden pillars 3 m long, 8 cm in diameter and six transverse planks of the same length, 10 cm wide. The pillars are connected by transverse planks. Then vertical strips (lining) are nailed end-to-end on them on both sides. Remember to cut four slits 20 cm long and 10 cm wide.

Before installing the wall in the ground, nail 1 m long wooden blocks at a 90° angle to the lower ends of the posts. Then burn them or coat them with resin. Thoroughly sand the installed wall and paint it with oil paint.

On such street wall Exercises are performed to overcome obstacles with a short run-up. Overcoming obstacles is carried out using the “jumping” method. To jump on, you can use the slots to support your pushing leg. By moving your legs and pulling yourself up on your hands, you need to move to the position of “riding on the wall”, then swing one of your legs point-blank on your hands to slide or jump from the other side of the wall.

Sports complexes

In addition to individual equipment and exercise equipment at the courtyard stadium, residents, independently or with the help of their bosses, can equip a small outdoor sports complex that combines many sports equipment for various purposes. So, for children on the site you can arrange a sports pavilion, proposed by engineer V. S. Skripalev.

The multi-purpose training complex developed for open sports grounds and put into practice by V.D. Korobkin deserves attention. "Minsk-1". The complex consists of 61 sports equipment and devices mounted with each other, and is aimed exclusively at installation in outdoor conditions. It is made from gas and water pipes of various diameters and boards 40 mm thick. The configuration is a square measuring 9x9 m, surrounded around the perimeter by a metal corner and unusable car tires dug into the ground.
