Cleansing diet: how to lose weight and cleanse the body

A cleansing diet is a way to lose weight and get rid of toxins and waste in the body. In this article, we'll look at some sample cleansing methods that will help you achieve the results you want.

CLEANSING DIET No. 1

The principle of this diet is to consume only fruits, vegetables, sprouted wheat grains, seeds, nuts and liquids. In 15 days of the diet you can lose up to 10 kg. This diet is based on the fact that fruits and vegetables contain a lot of water and dietary fiber, which help cleanse the body. Sprouted wheat grains, seeds and nuts are rich in vitamins and minerals that help strengthen the immune system.

CLEANSING FRUIT DIET No. 2

This diet involves eating vegetables, fruits, herbal teas, juices and water. Carrot or any other freshly squeezed vegetable juice will be especially useful. You need to drink about 1 liter of mineral or regular water per day. An approximate diet menu for the first 3 days may look like this:

1 DAY

  1. Breakfast: a plate of fruit salad + herbal or regular (you can add lemon) tea or water
  2. Second breakfast: half a melon and fruit salad + herbal tea or water
  3. Lunch: lunch menu
  4. Before bed: banana + a cup of chamomile infusion

DAY 2

  1. Breakfast: a glass of carrot or other vegetable juice (seasoned with salt and black pepper), 4 baked tomatoes (seasonings: salt, pepper and basil)
  2. Second breakfast: a large portion of vegetable salad seasoned with salt, pepper, lemon juice + herbal tea
  3. Lunch: steamed broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, spinach or kale (seasoning: salt and pepper) + herbal tea and mineral water or vegetable juice from the breakfast menu

DAY 3 (optional)

  1. Breakfast: 1st day menu
  2. Second breakfast: menu of the 1st or 2nd day
  3. Lunch: 2nd day menu + small portion of fish or chicken (grilled)

This vegetable cleansing diet is not recommended for more than 3 days, since during it the body does not receive all the necessary substances.

CLEANSING RICE DIET

This principle is also a cleansing diet of toxins and excess weight. It consists of eating only rice and water for several days. A sample menu for the day might look like this:

  1. Breakfast: 1 glass of water and 1 glass of boiled rice
  2. Lunch: 1 glass of water and 1 glass of boiled rice
  3. Dinner: 1 glass of water and 1 glass of boiled rice

This diet should be followed for no more than 3 days, as rice does not contain all the necessary nutrients to maintain long-term health.

CLEANSE DIET USING JUICES

This diet is based on the consumption of freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, which are rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. For several days you should drink only freshly squeezed juices and water. A sample menu for the day might look like this:

  1. Breakfast: freshly squeezed fruit juice
  2. Morning snack: freshly squeezed vegetable juice
  3. Lunch: freshly squeezed fruit juice
  4. Afternoon snack: freshly squeezed vegetable juice
  5. Dinner: freshly squeezed fruit juice

This diet should also be followed for no more than 3 days, as the body will not have enough proteins and other essential nutrients.
