Nowadays, Alla Pugacheva’s original herbal diet has gained popularity. They call it mainly cucumber. Pugacheva’s cucumber diet is strict, however, in just a few days you will lose 4-5 kilograms, cool and smooth your skin, cleanse your joints, kidneys and intestines.
Cucumbers consist of 95% water, they are also rich in vitamin B, vitamin C and contain organic acids, carbohydrates, proteins and microelements.
The advantages of Alla Pugacheva’s diet can be supplemented by the content of tartronic acid in cucumbers, which prevents carbohydrates from being transformed into fats.

Alla Pugacheva guarantees that when you eat a kefir cocktail, you will lose 1-1.2 kg per day. No other products are allowed to be consumed.
To prepare the cocktail you will need: kefir with minimal fat content, cucumbers and any greens (parsley, cilantro, dill). You can also add celery. Finely chop or grate a kilogram of fresh cucumbers, chop the greens and add them to the cucumbers, add a little salt. Pour the resulting mixture with kefir, stir and your cocktail is ready. This drink cannot be stored for a long time. According to Pugacheva’s diet, you need to drink it every time you feel hungry in any quantity.
It is not recommended to stay on this diet for more than 4-5 days.

There is another option for Alla Pugacheva’s less strict cucumber diet. The product is the same, but kefir is replaced with 30 grams of low-fat sour cream. You need to eat the resulting salad 3 times a day. It is allowed to eat rye bread with salad, but not much. You need to drink 1.5 liters of mineral water per day, and before bed you can allow yourself to eat 1 apple.
It is not recommended to stay on this Pugacheva diet for longer than 7 days.
