Indicated for chronic intestinal diseases with constipation during mild and fading exacerbation and without exacerbation.

The diet contains proteins 80-90 g (55% animals), fats 80-90 g (25-30% vegetable), carbohydrates 350-400 g, table salt 12-15 g, free liquid 1.5 liters. Calorie content 3000-3500 kcal.

Avoid foods and dishes that increase fermentation and putrefaction in the intestines and negatively affect other digestive organs (rich in essential oils, fried foods, etc.). Food is boiled, steamed or baked, and served mostly unchopped. Vegetables and fruits - raw and boiled. The diet includes cold first and sweet dishes and drinks. The temperature of cold dishes is not lower than 15°C, hot food - not higher than 62°C. Eating 4-6 times a day. In the morning, cold water with honey or juices of fruits and vegetables are desirable; at night - kefir, compotes from fresh or dried fruits, fresh fruits, prunes.
