How to get rid of saggy buttocks
You can get rid of saggy buttocks with simple physical exercises.
Exercise one
Sitting upright on the edge of a chair, place your feet apart. Hold any object between your knees and hold onto the seat with your hands. Squeeze this object tightly with your thigh muscles and stay in this position for one minute. A little relaxation and repeat.

Exercise two
Get on your knees, place your hands on your waist. Then sit on the floor, first on your right and then on your left buttock. Perform the exercise until the buttock muscles become slightly tired.
Exercise three
Rest your head and back against the wall and bend your knees. Tightening your muscles, sit like this for at least one minute. Make sure that the back of your head, buttocks and back do not come off the wall. The time can be gradually increased.
Exercise four
Grasping your right knee with both hands, pull it gently towards your chest. Hold this position for at least 20 seconds. Repeat 5-10 times with each leg.
Exercise five
Lying on your back, lean your legs against the wall. Tightening your gluteal muscles, lift your hips and pelvis off the floor. Try not to lift your back while doing this. Over time, perform up to 10 such lifts in one exercise.
