How to remove salts from the body

A healthy human body is able to absorb salts obtained from food and water, and remove excess salts. However, excessive salt content in the body has an extremely negative impact on human health. Heavy salts begin to be deposited in convenient places and cause various diseases - such as osteochondrosis and other joint diseases.

With the help of herbal medicine, it is quite possible to combat salt deposition in the body.

Doctors say that daily salt intake should not exceed 15 g - this is a teaspoon. This norm includes absolutely all the salt eaten during the day: meat products, pickles, first and second courses and salting of salads. So, first of all, in order to reduce the amount of salt in the body, you simply need to reduce its consumption. It is also useful to practice salt-free days - do not eat salty foods at all for one or two days.

Cleansing with rice

At night, pour 3 tbsp. l. rice 1 liter of water. In the morning, drain the water, add fresh water and cook for 5 minutes. Then rinse the rice, add another portion of water and cook again for 5 minutes. Do this twice. After 4 cookings, the rice should be eaten warm and nothing should be eaten for 3 hours. Then you eat a normal diet with the obligatory inclusion of dried fruits in your diet. In this case, rice acts as a sorbent that accumulates and removes salts from the body. The course of such cleansing is 10 days.

You can make the following mixture from dried fruits. Grind 300 g of dried apricots, raisins, prunes through a meat grinder, add half a lemon and season it all with honey. Store the mixture in the refrigerator and take 1 tbsp. l. after noon.

Bay leaf cleansing

When cleansing with bay leaves, you should not overcool and moderate physical activity should be observed. Pour 0.5 liters of water 5 pcs. bay leaf and boil for 20 minutes. The resulting decoction should be drunk one sip 2 - 3 times a day. Since this method is a fairly strong method of cleansing the intestines, this decoction should be taken for 3 to 5 days.

You need to keep these cakes for at least an hour. This procedure also helps with swelling of the legs and impaired blood supply to the pelvic organs.
