Once you learn to hit correctly, you should move on to training your striking force. Let's look at a few exercises to increase this strength:

  1. Sledgehammer and tire. Hit the tire with a hammer from various positions. It is best to choose a larger tire so as not to miss. You should hit with a sledgehammer from above with maximum straightness, otherwise, at the moment of impact of the sledgehammer, you can get a spinal injury. A similar exercise is chopping wood.
  2. Bodybar, bar without plates. In a standing position, push the bar in front of you with as much force and speed as possible. It is best to do this while bouncing.
  3. Wall cushion or heavy bag. They serve to practice penetrating powerful dagger effects. Pay special attention to the correctness of the blow. An important factor will be your own analysis of your work, identifying problems in the biomechanics of your actions.

  1. Throw at your partner's stomach or ribs with all your might. The partner must catch and throw back.
  2. Your partner holds the medicine ball with both hands; you must hit one round with all possible speed and force. If you knock the ball out of your partner's hands, he must do 20 push-ups. Spend 3 rounds in this manner, changing roles.
  3. While standing, lift the medicine ball above your head and throw it as hard as you can into the ground in front of you, allowing you to jump.
  4. While lying down, push the medicine ball up where your partner can catch it. Try to alternately shift the emphasis to your right and left hands.
