How to emphasize the relief of an athlete?

Our dear friends, has it ever happened to you that you seem to be lifting, swinging, eating protein like crazy, and it seems like your volumes are growing and your training indicators are growing, but there is no beautiful relief... Has it happened? We hasten to reassure you: this has happened to everyone, because this is the natural course of things. Now I’ll explain it more popularly: in order to grow, in terms of muscles, of course, you need three components:

  1. Reinforced training
  2. Adequate nutrition
  3. Quality rest for recovery.

Training stimulates muscles to overcompensate, nutrition provides the necessary building materials, and in moments of rest this is all, in fact, what happens. These are the basics of bodybuilding that all self-respecting athletes should know.

A curious dilemma arises: we want to remove everything unnecessary, but our body and nature want, on the contrary, to accumulate strategic reserves there just in case. How to be? How to emphasize the relief of an athlete? After all, it is extremely difficult to fight nature and the natural course of things. I know hundreds of smart athletes who constantly work out their belly, sit on a strict diet, excluding everything fatty, increase their cardio to lose excess weight, but still cannot eradicate subcutaneous excess on their abs. Even with all their desire...

Now you know how to emphasize the relief of an athlete. That's probably all there is to it. See you in the rocking chair!
