  6. Mix 60 grams of sunflower oil, half a glass of sour cream, half a glass of orange juice, one egg yolk. Add lemon juice and 25 grams of fruit jam to this mixture. Mix again with a mixer. In total, the cocktail contains approximately 900 kcal.
  7. Add two scoops of protein, a couple of blueberries and strawberries to 450 grams of low-fat milk. Mix everything with a blender. You can add ice.
  8. Mix: half a gram of ascorbic acid, 50 grams of glucose, 2 grams of Panangin or Asparkam, 0.5 grams of vitamin B1, 1 gram of calcium glycerophosphate, lemon juice and 200 grams of water or other fruit juice. Mix everything thoroughly using a mixer.
