This diet requires the following foods: egg white, grapefruit and green tea. These foods should be consumed according to the following scheme: every hour, alternating, eat half a grapefruit or half an egg white. In between, you can drink green tea without sugar or still water. In one day you need to eat three whole grapefruits and 3 eggs.
