The best exercises for a graceful figure

Exercise No1 – “Dial”. Lie on your back. At the same time, take a deep breath and raise your outstretched arms and legs slightly higher than your body. Imagine yourself as a clock, and your arms and legs as arrows. As you exhale, return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise slowly, watch your lower back - do not arch it and try to keep it pressed to the floor all the time. Do 15 - 20 times.
