What should be done in this case if cosmetics are powerless? They can advertise anything, under all sorts of slogans and promises to restore breast elasticity with the help of various gels and creams. But, all products that are designed to be rubbed into the skin can only slightly improve the skin in the décolleté area. The only effective way to restore breast elasticity is ordinary gymnastics. You only have to spend a month, and your breasts will regain their pristine beauty.
Gymnastics for the chest is just eight simple exercises, which will be sufficient to perform three times a week, or more, but this is at your discretion. To conveniently perform all the elements of gymnastics, you will need a mat for gymnastic exercises or a suitable blanket, dumbbells weighing up to 3 kg, as well as an expander.
First of all, you need to do a warm-up so that the muscles, out of habit, do not cause you discomfort during the first days of exercise. To do this, do several rotations of your shoulders back and forth, then the same amount of “mill”. This will warm up your muscles.
Exercise 1. Take dumbbells and spread your arms to the sides. This exercise strengthens the muscles of the arms, chest and shoulder girdle.
Exercise 2. Alternately raise your arms with dumbbells. This exercise is designed to strengthen the same muscle group as in the previous case.
Exercise 3. Do push-ups. We do regular push-ups. In addition to the chest muscles, this will strengthen the abdominal muscles, back, shoulders, buttocks and thighs.
Exercise 4. Raise your arms with an expander. In a standing position, hold the expander in front of you. We stand on our toes and gradually spread our arms (and the expander in them) to the sides.
Exercise 5. We rise in the side plank position. This exercise strengthens the upper and lower back, upper chest muscles and shoulders.
Exercise 6. Take a cat pose. With this pose we will strengthen the chest muscles, and it is also good for the spine.
Exercise 7. Press your palms in front of you. By doing this, we strengthen the muscles of the chest and arms.
Exercise 8. Stretching the limbs. We lie on our backs, straighten our legs, and stretch our arms behind our heads.
After completing all the exercises, be sure to rest for at least 10 minutes. Just lie on the floor and breathe deeply. If you are not lazy and perform the whole complex conscientiously, your breasts will regain their lost beauty and become firmer. These exercises will help not only young girls, but also mature women.
