Calf trainer

Let's present several variations of effective devices for muscle development shins – in particular its gastrocnemius and soleus muscle groups. Having set the necessary parameters of the simulator, the athlete performs raising your toes, while avoiding unnecessary stress on the spine and knee joints.

It consists of a base (1), a vertical frame (2), inside which weights move along guides; through cranked levers (3) the weight is pivotally connected to the seat post; a stand with moving patellas (4) is mounted on the lever, through which the load is transferred to the working muscle.

Another device for developing the muscles of the lower leg: the “shin machine”.

This calf exerciser consists of a base (1), vertical posts, a lever with soft support for the shoulders (2), a lever with weights (3), support stops (4), a footrest (5).

This simulator differs from the previous calf simulator in that it is inherently an indispensable device for performing basic exercises on the lower leg muscles.

Of course, some of our “compatriots - Samodelkins”, according to the schematic diagrams we proposed, will be able to weld a frame from metal frames or pipes and make such a machine on their own, and we have repeatedly had the opportunity to observe such creations. They are quite capable and even effective for your personal home training. Nevertheless, we, of course, strongly recommend that you still give preference to factory, professional equipment. Moreover, there are now plenty of specialized sports stores.
