- Swing your legs. Performed standing or sitting. They work the butt muscles well, but this is not the best or most popular way to load them.
There are more effective exercises for the hips and buttocks in the gym for girls and women. These are squats and lunges. There is probably nothing better than these time-tested and effective recipes. This is a great way to bring your leg and butt muscles back to normal. My coach always insisted that I don't take the easy way out, and now I agree with him.
