Linden flowers and raspberry fruits have anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and diaphoretic effects. Brew tea from dried linden flowers, add dry berries and raspberry leaves to it. Leave for 30 minutes. If there are no raspberries, you can add raspberry jam to the tea.
Rosehip infusion
Rose hips are an ideal source of vitamin C. Chopped dry rose hips (15-20 berries), pour 0.5 liters of boiling water and leave in a thermos overnight. In the morning, strain and drink 1/2 glass 4 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
Cranberry or lingonberry juice
Cranberries and lingonberries are berries that are unique in their bactericidal properties. To prepare fruit juice, wrap the berries in cheesecloth and place them in boiling water for a few seconds. After this, squeeze the juices out of the berries and add a little sugar to it. 2 tbsp. l. pour the mixture with 0.5 liters of warm water and drink.
Warm milk with mineral water

This emergency remedy will help you get back on your feet overnight. Add 10 drops of garlic juice to warm milk and drink it at night.
Dried fruits compote

Mulled wine
To prepare mulled wine for colds you will need:
- 3 glasses of dry red wine (750ml);
- 1 glass of boiled water;
- orange and apple - 1 piece each;
- grated ginger - 1 tsp;
- cinnamon - 1 stick;
- cloves - 5-6 pcs;
- honey - 2-3 tbsp. l.;
Preparation:
Place the wine and water on the fire in a metal bowl. Without waiting for it to boil, add apple and orange (slices), ginger (grated), cinnamon and cloves. Bring to boiling point and remove from heat. Add honey, strain and let stand for 10-15 minutes. It’s good to drink warm, and it’s better at night, so you can go straight to bed.
Chamomile tea
Chamomile is a mild anti-inflammatory agent. In combination with linden and honey it is a good anti-cold remedy. You need to take 1 tsp. chamomile flowers and linden flowers, brew with 1 cup of boiling water, leave for 20 minutes, strain. Drink 1/3 glass 3 times a day before meals. You can add honey.
