Brutal appetite - one of the first indicators of success and productivity training process. If you want to eat after bodybuilding exercises, congratulations, you are on the right track and clearly doing the right thing. But if your appetite lets you down, it means there are gaps in your training, perhaps you missed something in the gym or simply haven’t recovered.
For example, I personally was a vegetarian for four years: I ate absolutely no products of animal origin, only plant-based ones. From year to year it became more and more difficult for me to go to the gym. My appetite dropped to zero. I
catastrophically lost muscles and weakened, until, in the end, he decided to include in his diet chicken eggs. What a colossal difference I immediately felt! I was able to train normally again! My appetite has returned to its original state. Subsequently, I added milk to the eggs and, in the end, resumed quality muscle building. Having experienced all this and thoroughly understood it, I learned to determine the effectiveness of my training using appetite. If the training is successful and productive, after its completion you will be terribly hungry. Such an inflated, wild, simply brutal appetite persists for a couple of days, and then decreases slightly. Understanding this, I again “stimulate” him with quality training.
With poorly loaded workouts, your appetite will not increase. Only exercise effectiveness will help him not to fall, because this also threatens to reduce muscle growth throughout the body. Decreased appetite is the first call to change.
If you are serious about results, be also serious about feeling hungry. Don't let your body know what it is. At the first sensation, quench it. Don't let your body feed on itself.
