10. Focus on the underarm hair. For a minute, do the hair breathing exercise that you learned in the first lesson.
11. Concentrate on the tips of your thumbs. Feel how energy penetrates them as you inhale. From the fingers, the energy flow spreads upward along the skin, and then, as you exhale, it stops at the wrists.
12. Inhale and feel the energy flow through the hairs on your arms and up into your armpits.
13. Exhale and feel the energy flow from your armpits into the spleen and pancreas, which is located below the chest on the left side.
14. Focus your attention on the spleen/pancreas and say the healing sound “h-u-u-u-u” three times.
15. Imagine that you are surrounded by a yellow glow or yellow haze. As you exhale, the yellow color enters your body through the nose and the corresponding elements listed above; eyelids, lips, mouth, thumbs, arm hair and armpit hair. The yellow stream enters your body through the skin. Yellow fills the spleen and then rushes into the pancreas and stomach. As you exhale, imagine how negative energy, colored in grayish tones, leaves the body. This energy is associated with the emotions of anxiety and worry. Feel the energy of grief leaving your body. The color you absorb as you inhale should be bright yellow. Dirty orange or gray energy prevents this. With practice, the gray color will weaken and the yellow color will appear clearly.
