Intriguing title of the article, isn't it? – now everything will become clear... In one of our previous articles, we already briefly introduced you to fascia and such a concept as a kinetic chain. This theoretical knowledge will help you end your pain and achieve real changes in your life. However, the basic terms deserve to be discussed once more. So, what is fascia? Fascia is a strong connective tissue that surrounds our muscles, nerves and bones on all sides. In fact, there is nothing mystical or mysterious in it, as such. This is nothing more than a physical substance that you could observe without any problems if you had the opportunity to look under your skin. Fascia supports all organs and joints in a static position: starting with the head and ending with the legs, and serves as shock absorbers for them.

The question is not only interesting, but also extremely important. And relevant:
- both for those who hold a can of beer in their left hand and a TV remote control in their right, and for those whose hands are covered with calluses and ingrained magnesium;
- both for those who wear lace thongs and for those whose choice is men's family briefs;
- both for those who receive a pension and for those who do not yet have a work book.
Often we experience pain, but we do not know its causes at all. But this pain deprives us of so much. You probably would like to lose weight, but your knees hurt. Or you want to improve your figure, but periodic pain in your back and neck prevents you from doing so. Or perhaps you are already in fairly good physical shape, but chronic aching pain does not allow you to rise to the next level. I know very well what it is. It may even be more important than its contents!
