Exercise 1 - smooth out wrinkles between eyebrows

Take two tea (coffee) spoons. Dip one into a cup of cold water, the other with hot water and, quickly blotting them with a towel, lubricate the convex side with a mixture of oils or a special cream. Place a cold spoon on the base of the nose for a few seconds, lightly pressing this point several times. Then move the spoon up onto your forehead.

The same procedure is carried out with a hot spoon.

Caution: first check the degree of heating on your hand so as not to burn your facial skin.

Repeat the exercise three times, changing heat to cold. While you are working with one spoon, the second can be heated or cooled, depending on what is needed at the next stage.

Exercise 2 – smooth out wrinkles on the forehead

Dip teaspoons (2 pieces) into hot water for a few seconds, remove, pat dry with a cloth or towel, and apply cream. Place the spoons on the middle of the forehead and move them apart in a zigzag pattern - one to the left, the other to the right. Hold at the temples, pressing lightly and counting to 6. Repeat twice.

Reheat the spoons, dry them and grease them. Then place your right hand with a spoon on the left temple, make three rotational movements, move across the forehead to the right temple and there again perform rotational movements.

Do the same with another spoon, taking it in your left hand and placing it on your right temple: rotational movements - along the forehead to the left temple - rotational movements.

Exercise 3 – removing crow's feet

Heat, dry and grease 2 teaspoons. For greater effect, they can be irradiated with orange light in advance.

Place the spoons above the cheekbones at the outer corners of the eyes. Perform three rotational movements and, with light pressure, move them to the temples.

Perform the exercise three times with warm spoons and once with cold spoons.

Exercise 4 - eliminating bags under the eyes

Cool two spoons, blot them, and apply any eye cream. Apply them under the inner corners of the eyes along the edges of the nose and walk with them in “waves”

Then you need to close your mouth and relax. Do this three times.

Then, closing your mouth, puff out your cheeks and “drum” the handles of spoons with medium force along the line of the nasolabial folds for 10 seconds. Relax and exhale. Do this a few more times.

Exercise 6 – smooth out wrinkles around the mouth

Heat two teaspoons in water, dry and lubricate. For lubrication, it is best to use a collagen-based cream.

Then place the spoons horizontally directly above the upper lip. At the same time, you need to open your mouth slightly, pronouncing “E”. Making semicircular movements, move the spoons along the edges of the lips to the corners. Here, perform several rotational movements, pronounce “E” even more strongly, stretching your lips. Then place the spoons vertically and massage the cheeks in a wave-like manner, reaching the earlobes and, as it were, lifting the corners of the lips. Having reached the lobes, stop and, pressing three times, move the spoons under the lobes and up the auricle.

Repeat the exercise twice.

Exercise 7 – tightening the cheeks

Heat tablespoons (2 pcs.) in hot water, blot and lubricate with cream with a lifting effect. Place them vertically along the edges of the chin. Perform several rotational movements, then open your mouth slightly, saying “E”, and use a light wave to move the spoons along the edge of the lower jaw to the lobes. Here, press them three times with medium force.

Do this 5 times with warm spoons and once with cold ones.

Exercise 8 – removing the double chin

Heat tablespoons (2 pcs.) in hot water, blot and lubricate with cream with a lifting effect. Place them horizontally under your chin. Purse your lips, pronouncing the sound “M”. In this case, the chin needs to be pushed forward. Applying light pressure, slowly move the right spoon from left to right, and the left spoon, on the contrary, from right to left. Do this 6 times.
