Amino acids

Amino acids are the most important compounds for humans; they play a role in protein synthesis and regulation of cell metabolism. About 20 amino acids were found in proteins. The source of many amino acids is vegetables, milk and meat. But some foods (such as fish, peanuts, pistachios) may contain an excess of certain amino acids, but it is worth remembering that one of the best sources of all essential amino acids is the green mass of plants - a source of fiber. Only they contain all three types of amino acids - branched amino acids, lysines and mega. Proteins that a person receives from the outside (meat, fish) are not broken down into amino acids, but immediately take their place in the pool of hormones and immune factors, where they should be. From this we can conclude that the ratio of plant and animal protein should be 70/30%, that is, 60-70% of the diet should consist of greens, nuts, beans and seeds, and 30-40% of meat, fish and vegetables. Our hormonal balance depends on the ratio of amino acids! The higher the ratio of acidic and alkaline amino acids in a protein, the worse it will affect our tendency to be overweight... And, conversely, proteins that break down more in an alkaline environment are able to “burn” in the presence of glucose and cause its deficiency, which increases the sensitivity of cells to insulin, i.e. protein metabolism is inhibited. Some people cannot fully process complete proteins and will only digest casein and soy proteins. When proteins decompose, the products of incomplete decomposition are toxic and cause inflammatory reactions. So don’t take them internally, even if you really want to eat a cup of cottage cheese or a piece of meat. But sources of dietary fiber do an excellent job of absorbing them, swelling and gradually turning into a jelly-like substance that fills the intestinal lumen and occupies most of its volume. But it is much more difficult to break down this jelly, so gluons and amino acids are broken down not in the small intestine, as they should be, but in the large intestine! Therefore, in order to lose weight and avoid the feeling of hunger due to a violation of amino acid metabolism (when the body requires carbohydrates to compensate for enzyme deficiency), you should still consume plant proteins. But, in fairness, I can note that the effect of plant proteins on digestion is more neutral than that of animal proteins; scientific research also insists on this. True, the energy value of plant proteins must also be taken into account; their heat treatment increases their value, which must certainly be taken into account when determining the daily calorie content of food. Fruit and berry acids contain more malic and citric acids, but tartaric acid is absent, but is replaced by gallic acid. This The acid is naturally present in berries as a preservative, making it easier for the body to digest than chemical preservatives. Be sure to include fruits and vegetables in your diet: the more colorful vegetables and greens you have
