Lorak advises his followers to follow the system. For example, the singer herself starts every morning with 30 minutes of exercise. Lorak admitted that she borrowed her exercises from experienced instructors, partly from Cindy Crawford, whose shaping tapes were selling like hot cakes in the late 90s. When working on your body, Lorak advises paying special attention to the waist, since, according to the star, this is a strategic part of the female body.

In addition to fitness, Ani draws the attention of readers and fans to diet, without which exercise is unlikely to bring tangible benefits. The singer cited her menu as an example. Lorak alternates breakfast: either an omelette of two eggs with vegetables, or oatmeal with milk and honey. For lunch, the singer always eats the first course and grilled fish for the second.
