Arina Sharapova's diet requires the exclusion of foods containing fat and large amounts of carbohydrates. Sharapova's diet consists of 3 basic rules.
Rule 1 of Arina Sharapova's diet: Drink 1 glass of water before each meal.
The body does not analyze the number of calories that you ate in the first five minutes, and, based on this, does not plan how much more you need to eat in the next 30 minutes. If you started with bread and butter, and this is a very high-calorie product, then you will certainly reach dessert and eat the entire five-course meal. Water contains no calories, fills the stomach and accelerates the feeling of fullness.
Rule 2: Eliminate all foods containing fat
- Vegetable oil
- Butter
- Pates
- Liver sausages
- Sausages
- By-products - liver, kidneys, heart
- Fatty meats - pork, lamb
- Fatty fish - salmon, halibut
- Fatty cheeses - more than 40% fat
Rule 3: Eliminate all foods containing large amounts of carbohydrates
- Rice, buckwheat, semolina
- Confectionery - cookies, pies, butter bread, cakes
- Sweets - candies, chocolate, honey, jam
- Liquid dairy products: yoghurts, sweet milk
- Potatoes, potato chips
