How is uzvar useful?
Uzvar is a drink made from dried fruits. Most often, apples, pears, plums, apricots, and raisins are put in it. Therefore, a real concentrate of useful substances is obtained. After all, dried fruits are rich in vitamins A, C, group B, as well as potassium, iron, phosphorus, and calcium.
Dried pears, due to their significant amount of fiber, stimulate digestion and remove heavy metals and toxins from the body. Raisins strengthen the nervous system, lungs, and heart. Dried apricots contain the largest amount of microelements; they help burn extra pounds. Prunes help overcome stress and improve carbohydrate metabolism.
The beneficial properties of uzvar are especially necessary in winter, during fasting. When fresh fruits and vegetables contain few nutrients and our body loses the supply of vitamins accumulated over the summer. Uzvar recipe
Products for 4 servings: pears – 40 g, cherries – 20 g, apples 20 g, plums – 40 g, raisins – 20 g, honey – 80 g, water 1 l.
To prepare this drink, you need well-washed dry fruits, which you need to add boiled water, cover with a lid and cook until tender. Apples and pears are cooked separately and a little longer. Mix the cooked fruits, season with honey, bring to a boil and place in a cold place to cool.
How is fruit juice useful?
Morse is a refreshing drink made from the juice of berries, fruits, vegetables and water with the addition of sugar or honey. There are many fruit drink recipes in which you can prepare a drink from a mixture of various berry, fruit, and vegetable juices, thereby achieving an unusual taste.
Fruit drinks are used for fasting days; they perfectly help you lose weight, improve digestion and help remove metabolic products and toxins from the body. These days you need to take 1.5–2 liters of various fruit drinks.
To prepare fruit juice, you should use only boiled water, otherwise it may become covered with foam. Wipe the berries in a non-oxidizing container. Dissolve sugar in hot water, add juice to cooled fruit drink and do not boil. The drink should be served in jugs. Some fruit drinks add a piece of lemon, orange or lemon zest. You can put food ice in the fruit drink.

Fruit drink from syrup
Dilute berry or fruit syrup with boiled water. If the fruit drink turns out too sweet, add a little lemon juice.
For 1 liter of fruit drink: berry or fruit syrup - 200 g, water - 800 ml.
Jam juice
Dilute the jam with warm boiled water, strain, add lemon juice.
For 1 liter of fruit drink: jam - 200 g, lemon - 1 piece, water - 800 ml.
Cranberry juice with honey
Sort the cranberries, rinse, mash with a wooden pestle or spoon in a non-oxidizing bowl and squeeze out the juice. Pour the marc with water, put on fire, boil for 10 minutes and strain. Add honey to the broth, let it dissolve and add prepared cranberry juice. Serve the fruit drink chilled.
For 1 liter of fruit drink: cranberries - 150 g, water - 1 liter, honey - 100 g.
Cranberry (apple) juice with carrot juice
Add carrot juice, sugar to the cranberry (apple) juice prepared as indicated above and stir. Prepare the juice as follows: wash the carrots, peel them, grate them on a fine grater, squeeze the juice through cheesecloth.
For 1 liter of fruit drink: cranberry (apple) juice - 800 ml, carrot juice - 200 ml, granulated sugar - 50 g.
Lingonberry fruit drink
Sort out the lingonberries, rinse and mash with a wooden spoon. Squeeze the juice out of the crushed berries through a gauze cloth. Pour hot water over the pomace and boil for 5-10 minutes. Strain the broth, dissolve sugar in it, bring to a boil, cool and combine the squeezed juice with the wound. Leave for 1-2 days. Serve refrigeration
