Chinese diet

The Chinese diet, despite its name, apart from drinking green tea, has nothing in common with the dietary traditions of the Chinese. The Chinese diet is designed for 21 days. This method of weight loss is very difficult and low-calorie, but its advantage is that, despite a small loss of total body weight (up to 5 kg), visible fat reserves are significantly reduced. In the first two weeks, the Chinese diet is especially relevant for weight loss, since the diet during this period will be significantly reduced.

Menu for the first week of the Chinese diet

Meals should be taken 3 times a day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are 1 egg and 1 orange. You should drink green tea all day, without sugar, of course.

Menu for the second week of the diet

During this period, the consumption of any cereal, except pearl barley and semolina, is allowed in any quantity. The cereal should be soaked overnight and cooked in water in the morning without the use of sugar or salt. The only permitted drinks are green tea without added sugar.

Menu for the third week of the diet

During this period of the Chinese diet, you can eat any fruits and vegetables, raw or boiled, as well as vegetable stews that can only be stewed in vegetable oil, but with the addition of salt. The following drinks are allowed: green tea, fruit drinks and juices.

The exit from the Chinese week to 21 days should be smooth.

Chinese diet for 13 days

There is a second version of the Chinese diet - the Chinese diet designed for 13 days - this is another name for the Japanese diet. Thanks to this weight loss system, you can lose up to 8 kilograms of excess weight. During this 13-day diet, the body is guaranteed to adjust to a different metabolic rhythm, due to which the effect will last for several years.
