The developer of the “Six Petals” diet, which allows you to get rid of 0.5 to 0.8 kilograms of excess weight every 24 hours, is nutritionist from Sweden Anna Johanson. The main essence of such a diet is that it is based on a certain combination of mono-diet, which allows you to remove excess fat in the human body in a short period of time.
The diet must be followed for six days, each of which corresponds to a specific mono-diet:
The first day is a fish mono-diet: only 300-500 grams of fish are eaten, prepared in any way that fully meets dietary requirements. In other words, the fish is not fried, but only stewed, steamed or baked in the oven with the addition of a small amount of salt. It is also acceptable to use fish broth, to which you can add herbs or seasonings.
The second day is a vegetable mono-diet: any vegetables, raw, boiled or stewed, are eaten in a proportion of 1-1.5 kg. Freshly prepared vegetable juices with the addition of seasoning, herbs and salt in small quantities are also considered permitted so as not to provoke salt retention in the body.
The third day is a chicken mono-diet: it involves eating chicken meat - about 500 grams, preferably skinless breast, which can be baked, stewed or boiled, because the protein in such meat is not stored in fats and is also easily digested. Chicken broth is no less useful.
The fourth day is a cereal mono-diet: it is allowed to eat any type of cereal in an amount of 200 grams in dry form, cooked only in water with a moderate content of salt and seasonings. Cereal bread, seeds, bran, sprouted grains, as well as water or unsweetened kvass can be useful.
The fifth day is a cottage cheese mono-diet: it involves eating cottage cheese - about 500 grams, which perfectly replenishes mineral reserves in the body, as well as milk.
The sixth day is a fruit mono-diet: you are allowed to drink any fruit juices, eat fruits, both raw and baked, because they are the main source of minerals and vitamins for the human body. The approximate amount of fruit is 1-1.5 kg.
