  1. Breakfast - milk porridge, ham, a couple of crispbreads + orange juice
  2. Lunch - cabbage soup with sour cream, mashed potatoes, chicken cutlets + a couple of tangerines
  3. Dinner - vegetable stew, ham + green tea with lemon or mint

Saturday and Sunday

  1. Any menu from previous days

This diet uses a variety of foods rich in substances necessary for the body. For example, eggs and meat contain protein, which is necessary for strengthening and repairing the skin, while vegetables and fruits contain vitamins and minerals necessary for healthy skin.

Skin diet No. 2
