If you want to lose weight, start your morning by drinking 1 glass of water on an empty stomach. You should drink 2 liters of water per day. During the day, eat at least 5 times a day. Eat no more than 250 grams at each meal (the “one glass of water rule”). Eliminate all fatty, salty, sweet and starchy foods from your diet.

- oatmeal porridge with berries, spoon of honey, lemon juice
- low-fat cottage cheese, berries
Second breakfast (options to choose from):
- fruits (exclude grapes, peaches, apricots, melon)
- a glass of juice or berries
Lunch (optional):
- greens, cucumbers, asparagus, zucchini
- meat, fish, poultry, seafood (to choose from, but not more than 1 glass)
Lunch - no later than 15:00.
Afternoon snack:
fruits vegetables
Dinner (to choose from):
- cooked vegetables, 1 hard-boiled egg, salad or green peas
- cottage cheese or yogurt
Dinner - no later than 19:00.
