Acid-forming foods are foods containing proteins, starch, sugars, fats and oils, i.e. meat, grains, cheese, sugar, potatoes, dried peas, beans, oils, cream, meat products. Their combinations in large quantities create an acid reaction in the blood, thereby worsening the condition of patients with psoriasis.

The basis of the menu should be fruits, foods that are rich in vitamin B - oats, barley, egg yolk, rye bread, chicken, honey, almonds, wheat sprouts, green vegetables, broccoli, turnips, beets, fish, lamb, milk, kefir, yogurt , yogurt, white cheese (30% of the daily diet), whole wheat porridge, bran, buckwheat (with water).
