Dr. Mitchell's diet: when there is too much soup

During the diet, you need to exclude bread, alcohol, carbonated drinks, sweets and fried foods from your diet. Drink water, unsweetened tea, preferably green tea, fruit juices, coffee without milk and sugar. And it is very important to follow the instructions. If you violated them, start the diet from day one.

Fat Burning Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
1 celery root (200 g) or the same number of stalks;
500 g carrots;
500 g green beans (can be frozen);
6 large onions;
2 green sweet peppers;
1 medium head of cabbage;
1.3 liters of tomato juice;
800 g of fresh or canned tomatoes, pureed in their own juice;
800 g of low-fat beef broth, cubed.

Finely chop all the vegetables and add liquid - broth or juice. It is very important that the liquid completely covers the vegetables, so add water. Bring to a boil and keep on high heat for 10 minutes, and then simmer on low until the vegetables are cooked. Since there is acid in the liquid, the cooking process is quite long, the whole thing takes about 25-30 minutes. After this, add herbs, salt and pepper to taste, but the soup will already be quite spicy.

Diet
First day. You can eat fruits (except bananas) and soup. Both – without restrictions. To drink - unsweetened tea, cranberry juice, water.
Second day. Eat as many vegetables as possible (except dried peas, beans and corn). It is especially good to eat green leafy vegetables - lettuce, spinach. Everything comes with soup. For dinner - a large baked potato with vegetable oil. Don't eat fruit.
The third day. Eat as much soup, fruits and vegetables (except potatoes) as you like.
Fourth day. Eat bananas (up to three) and skim milk. If you are intolerant, replace it with 500 g of low-fat cottage cheese or yogurt, or a liter of kefir. Eat soup and drink as much water as possible. Bananas contain a lot of calories and carbohydrates. It is on this day that you need potassium, carbohydrates, calcium and proteins to reduce sugar cravings.
Fifth day. Today, beef and tomatoes are allowed. You can eat 350-700 g of beef and 400 g of tomatoes (about 6 pieces), canned in their own juice. Try to drink at least 6-8 glasses of liquid to flush out excess uric acid from your body. And don't forget about the soup.
Sixth day. Eat beef, vegetables (except potatoes) and soup - as much as you want.
Seventh day. Use unbleached rice, sugar-free fruit juice, as many vegetables as you like, and, of course, soup.
