Fillings for Pies

From cottage cheese
For this filling you will need: 150 g cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. spoon of sour cream, 1 egg, 1/2 tbsp. spoons of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 packet of vanilla sugar. The cottage cheese must be passed through a meat grinder, then add sour cream, egg, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, flour and mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

From rice and eggs
You need to take: 1/2 cup rice, 2 eggs, 50 g butter, 1/2 tbsp. spoons of salt, 320 ml of water. Rice should be washed several times in warm water until the turbidity is removed, then pour it into boiling water along with oil and cook until soft. After this, the rice should be placed in a colander and allowed to drain. Add hard-boiled and finely chopped eggs to the cooled rice and mix thoroughly.

From carrots
You will need: 250 g carrots, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 25 g butter, 1/2 tbsp. spoons of soda. Carrots need to be washed, peeled, rinsed, minced, and then simmered in a thick-walled frying pan or saucepan until soft. After this, add salt, sugar, egg, butter and mix thoroughly.

From sauerkraut
Ingredients: 250 g sauerkraut, 1/2 onion, 1 tbsp. spoon of vegetable oil, salt. The sauerkraut needs to be sorted out, rinsed several times in cold water, drained in a colander, drained, squeezed, put in a saucepan, added vegetable oil and simmered until tender. Separately, fry finely chopped onion and add to cabbage. Salt to taste.

Green onions with eggs
You will need: 120 g of green onions, 2 eggs, 40 g of butter, salt. Eggs need to be hard-boiled, finely chopped and mixed with chopped green onions and butter. Add salt to taste.

From meat
Ingredients: 250 g beef (flesh), 25 g butter, 1/2 onion, 1 teaspoon flour, 1/4 cup water, salt to taste. Rinse the meat, remove bones and tendons, cut into small pieces, mince together with the onion and fry in a frying pan with oil, after adding a little water. After frying, mince or chop the meat, add salt, sprinkle with flour and mix.

Meat with rice
Required: 250 g beef, 1/3 cup rice, 1/2 onion, 50 g vegetable oil, salt. Pass the stew through a meat grinder and mix with boiled rice, fried onions and salt to taste.

From liver and buckwheat
Ingredients: 200 g of liver, 125 g of buckwheat, 180 ml of water for cooking the cereal, 8 g of onions. 5 g flour, 25 g butter, salt. Clean the liver from the bile ducts, remove the film, cut into slices, sprinkle with salt and fry. Then pass through a meat grinder, add buckwheat porridge and season with sauce made from onions, flour, butter, salt and water.

From fish
You will need: 200 g fish fillet, 30 g rice, 25 g onions, 20 g butter. 5 g flour, herbs, salt. Skinless and boneless fillet should be boiled in a small amount of water with salt, pepper and bay leaf. Then chop finely, season with broth sauce and add rice and herbs.

From potatoes
Ingredients: 230 g peeled potatoes, 40 ml milk, 30 g onions, 1 egg, 20 g butter, salt. Boil the potatoes, dry them slightly, crush them with eggs, add milk, butter, onion and salt.
