Fitness by blood type

Experts from the American Institute of Physical Education and Sports published the results of a study, according to which they advise choosing a sport that matches your blood type.

So, for example, people in the first group should a priori play sports. They need physical activity like air. Otherwise, they get fat and suffer from depression. Experts recommend that people with the first blood group engage in strength exercises, as well as sports associated with the release of large portions of adrenaline. These include activities at the climbing wall, skiing, cycling and roller skating. The best option is to alternate calm sports like Pilates with active exercises.

People with blood type II can choose volleyball, basketball and other team games, as they have a team spirit. But they should not forget to be careful, because they are prone to heart disease. Those with the second blood group should also pay attention to swimming, race walking, Pilates, stretching, and yoga.

People with the third blood group are bored when performing monotonous exercises. Therefore, experts from the American Institute of Physical Education and Sports recommend that they combine various types of physical activity, for example, yoga, visiting a hippodrome and running on a treadmill. Team games are not at all to the liking of such people, since they are individuals. But they are delighted with activities in which they need to demonstrate speed, mental acuity and good reaction.

Those with a rare fourth blood type must take care of strengthening their immune system all their lives, and hence engage in those sports that help strengthen the whole body. Aerobics, shaping, swimming will suit them perfectly. Since people with the fourth blood type love increased attention and have acting abilities, dancing classes are perfect for them.
