Tip of the day: go to fitness only with friends

Actress Kirsten Dunst shared her secrets for staying in shape. She prefers to visit the fitness club in the company of friends.

“I love classes where you can get a good sweat, laugh and have fun with friends while listening to loud pop music,” says Kirsten. “I tried piloxing - a combination of Pilates, boxing and dance - as well as cardio. I love dance-based workouts. Also "I walk a lot when I travel and explore new cities. And always with my close girlfriends! I don't use the gym, except maybe the pool."

According to the actress, doing fitness in the company of friends makes training much more enjoyable and fun. So if you decide to get in shape, take your best friend with you! Together, it will definitely be easier for you to motivate each other not to miss workouts and achieve results.
