Push-ups – You will need a chair/bench/sofa for this exercise. Turn your back to the chair, place your hands on the edge of the chair and begin to do push-ups, lowering your body along the support. Elbows should be close to the body.

Curl and press – take dumbbells (1-2 kg), lower your arms along your body with your palms facing out. First, do a regular biceps curl, then do a dumbbell overhead press. Do the exercises in the same order and return your hands to their original position.
