Place the finished dough on a board sprinkled with flour, form buns, place them on a greased sheet, let them rise, brush with the topped egg yolk and bake in a moderately heated oven. You can make crackers from the same dough; for this, the dough must be shaped into a loaf, which, after baking and cooling, is cut into slices and placed in a not very hot oven to dry.
The next recipe we will look at is butter crackers. To prepare them you will need 300 g of wheat flour, 10 g of yeast, 40 g of butter, 1 egg yolk, 70 g of sugar and 3 ml of saline solution. Dilute the yeast in 1/2 cup of warm milk, add 3/4 cup of sifted flour, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, pour in the salt solution, mix, cover with gauze and place in a warm place. When the dough rises, add the remaining milk, butter mashed with sugar, egg yolk and mix thoroughly so that the dough comes away from your hands. After this, put the dough back in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. Place the finished dough on a board, divide into parts and shape them into loaves. Place the loaves on a greased sheet and after 20-30 minutes bake them in a hot oven until golden brown. After baking, the crackers can be cut into slices and dried in the oven at low temperature until completely dry.
Another interesting recipe is pasta with tomato sauce and basil. To prepare you will need 400 g of spaghetti, 400 g of tomato sauce, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 50 g of olive oil, 10 g of fresh basil and salt to taste. First you need to chop the onion and garlic and fry them in olive oil until golden brown. Then add tomato sauce and basil, salt to taste and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until done. Place the finished spaghetti on a plate and pour over tomato sauce. You can sprinkle with fresh chopped basil before serving.
