Strain. 2 hours after each meal, drink 75 ml of this decoction: mix 50 g of agrimony, pine buds, stinging nettle, St. John's wort, walnut leaves, currant leaves, blue gentian. 2 tbsp. Or: cut 1 head of celery into 4 parts, add 3 walnuts, crushed with shells, 3 tbsp. spoons of oats or oatmeal, 1 carrot, 1 bunch of spinach (handful); pour 2 liters of boiling water and cook until tender. Strain the cooled broth (it also gives a good color to the face).
Before going to bed, even with one-day constipation, you need to do an enema of 600 ml of water. Constipation negatively affects complexion, especially in areas where wrinkles accumulate.
