How to break stereotypes and start eating right

Many women who exercise regularly face nutritional problems that prevent them from achieving their desired results. In the locker rooms of gyms you can often hear conversations about how “you work out, work out, and then at night we eat chocolates (pancakes, beer with fish, etc.). And again it’s all down the drain!” or “yes, our whole life is a struggle! Well, how can I give up cookies if I can’t live without them? But at the same time, I would really like to lose weight!”

In such situations, women often become victims of their habits and thinking patterns. They think that they cannot live without “cookies” or other unhealthy foods, and therefore cannot lose weight. However, this is simply an excuse for your irresponsibility towards your health and figure.

To break this vicious cycle, women need to start thinking differently. Instead of feeling sorry for themselves because they can't eat what they want, they need to learn to enjoy what they can eat. To begin with, you need to stop thinking that “I can’t live without...” - this is a clear exaggeration. The desire to try all the delicacies could be justified in times of total food shortages, but now this is no longer relevant.

Instead of looking with envy at thin people, women should tune in to the fact that they themselves can become the same. To do this, they need to change their diet and start eating right. But this does not mean that they need to immediately stop eating everything they like. You need to start small, gradually removing harmful foods from your diet and replacing them with healthy ones.

First, women need to realize that behind the food they eat, there are manufacturers and advertisers who want to make money from them. Therefore, every time women doubt whether to buy something harmful, they need to imagine that manufacturers and advertisers just want to make money from them, and not follow temptation.

For proper nutrition, women need to eat eggs, white chicken meat, white fish, low-fat cottage cheese, oatmeal, rice, buckwheat, bread (some and not white), fruits, lots of vegetables, green tea and clean water (with lemon). It is advisable to limit salt and spices. Women should eat 4-6 times a day, portions should be small: pieces should fit in the palm of your hand. Women also need to control the amount of calories they consume and take into account their physical activity.

It is important to remember that proper nutrition is not a temporary measure, but a way of life. Women should understand that nutrition is not only a way to lose weight, but also to take care of their health. Therefore, if they want to lose weight and achieve their fitness goals, they need to start eating healthy and learn to enjoy healthy foods.
