Before starting directly to study training simulators, I would like to focus a few words on the clothing and equipment of athletes. Regular trips on a scooter contribute to harmonious development of the muscles of the arms, legs and torso. The scooter can be used as a very effective means of general physical training physical educators and athletes, especially those involved in cyclic sports.

The device (Fig. 1) is a two-wheeled machine with a combined hand and foot drive. During one full stroke of the pedals and levers, the drive wheel of the scooter makes five revolutions. Wheel diameter 610 mm. All this provides a significant increase in speed and cross-country ability scooter compared with roller skis. The car moves freely not only along the highway, but also along a forest path.

The device is intended for performing speed-strength and dynamic exercises by skiers, gymnasts, as well as for training and general physical training of athletes of all sports, and can also be used in health groups.

The device (Fig. 2) consists of a trolley chair 13 with a soft seat 14 and a swivel backrest with a double-sided cushion 15. The seat is mounted on guide pipes 24, installed at one end on a support 10 fixed to the floor with a U-shaped insert 9, and at the other - on a free-standing high support 17 or low 18. On the support 17 there are several levels of stops 16 for the hooks that end the guides. Four pairs of rollers 22 are attached to the lower frame of the trolley chair on earrings 23. Safety rubber stops 6 for the rollers are installed on the guides. A retractable arch 12 for the legs and pins 20 and 21 for weights 19 are attached to the trolley chair. To perform exercises involving pushing with the arms, the arch is removed and the support platform 25 is hung. A swivel seat 7 is installed on the U-shaped insert. To the hooks 11 The trolley chair is attached to a pair of rings 5 ​​by means of cable rods 4 passing through two pairs of blocks 1 mounted on vertical guides 3 by means of sliders 2. The trolley chair can be connected to the support 17 by a shock absorber 26. A gymnastic bridge 8 is attached to the wall in front of the device.

On the simulator, athletes can perform the following exercises:

  1. pushing or pushing up a trolley chair in a standing bent position;
  2. the same from a position lying on your back or stomach;
  3. push-ups or push-ups with legs while sitting or lying on a trolley chair;
  4. the same while sitting on a swivel cushion mounted on a fixed support;
  5. sitting on a trolley chair with your face or back to the wall performing exercises with rings; 6. the same while lying on a trolley chair on your back or stomach.
